Big Bear Lake is a beautiful community nestled 7000 ft. up the Southern California's San Bernardino National Forest. Historically home to some of the areas earliest miners, loggers, and cattlemen, Big Bear boasts a unique western heritage not found in many parts of this part of California (except for the TV and movie lots!). With unlimited trail riding as far as the eye can see, the beauty of the historic Pacific Crest Trail, and arena activities at the Los Vaqueros Arena (one of Big Bear's oldest clubs, providing horsemen and horsewomen with equine events since 1946!), Big Bear is truly a gem for anyone that loves the western way of life!
